Terms and Conditions

1. Resolute Media Ltd t/a Arranging a Reg number: 09611136. VAT Reg number: 221260559.

2. The Company agrees to display the advertisers listing details on the arrangingafuneral.co.uk website.

3. The client shall indemnify the company against all claims in respect of any alleged infringement of copyright, trademark or design, or in respect of any passing off or slander or title arising in consequence to the exhibition of the advertisement in pursuance of this agreement.

4. This Agreement related to an advertisement which will appear on the Arranging a Funeral The date upon which the advert begins will be when the advert is live on the website and will run for 12 months from the date and will auto renew unless cancelled by email within 8 months to info@arrangingafuneral.co.uk. The price will remain the same. There will be no reoccurring charge for video adverts it is only a charge for either a standard / premium listing.

5. If payment of an instalment hereunder is not made on the due date, then the Company have the right to withdraw the advertisement from the The Client shall nevertheless remain fully liable for the contractual value outstanding under this Agreement.

6. This agreement is capable of transfer or other disposal by the Company (but not the advertiser) to any third party in whole or in part.
